- All monies are payable in US dollars.
- Minimum stay of 5 nights in low season – 7 nights in high season – 12 nights over the Holidays
- Max 4 guests – sleeper sofa with 6 inch mattress.
- Rates quoted are for double occupancy. Additional guest is $10 per night.
- Reservation Requirement (within 7 days):
- 1- $300 deposit required within 7 days for confirming and securing your reservation. ($600 for 28+ days reservation)
- 2- The name of each guest, your mailing address, and telephone numbers (home and cell)
- 3- Your Rental agreement signed and returned within 7 days
- PLEASE NOTE: Your reservation is NOT secured until we receive your deposit.
- Balance due 45 days prior to arrival in low season – 60 days in high season (Dec 15 – Apr 14)
- Refundable security damage deposit of $300 is included with final payment.
- Check in time is 3 pm or later, and check out time is by 11 am.
LATE CHECK OUT POLICY:
Late check out fee is 1/2 daily rental fee in low season and 1 day in high season.
A late check out provides you with condo access until evening (must be approved prior to receiving final payment).
- Payments accepted by: Checks, Money Order, Canadian Bank Draft, Credit Card or direct deposit into our Wells Fargo account using online transfer, Zelle, echeck or with a bank teller.
- Credit Cards accepted and processed thru PayPal at additional cost – US 3.3% and 4.4% for other countries
- Free – No Pay Pal Fees when using monies within your own account or have a linked bank account
- Free – No Pay Pal Fees for the required deposit of $300 to confirm and secure your reservation
- Money Orders in US Dollars obtained at your local bank (No Post Office money orders)
- Bank wire of funds – additional fee of $16.00
- $100 cancellation fee if cancelled 60 or more days prior to scheduled arrival.
- Payments are non-refundable if cancellation is within 60 days of scheduled arrival date
- Cancellation on or after arrival or early departure does not warrant any refund – all funds forfeited
Fairness Clause: If the unit can be re-rented, a prorated refund will be issued.
- Guest are STRONGLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against loss in case of the need to cancel / revise travel plans.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT POLICY:
The refundable security deposit of $300 is fully refundable if the condo is left in good order and the keys are returned to the lock box ($60 fee for any lost keys). Additional charges may be incurred for any breakage, damage, or housekeeping charges beyond normal use, such an excessive laundry, unwashed dishes, or additional cleaning required.
The deposit refund, less any deductions, will be mailed within 14-28 days of check-out. Refund will be determined by inspection provided by our housekeeper after your departure.
This is a “Non Smoking” unit Including Lanai. Pets are not allowed.
